With a full 1:1 book and a group program she wants to fill. Her email list haven't heard from her in way too long. We re-engage the list, build the waitlist page, create eight weeks of launch content pointing at the waitlist, then create the launch emails. Instagram runs at a steady, targeted two posts a week to keep the audience warm and increase visibility. We leave the blog alone entirely because it isn't the priority this quarter.

A specialist trade business
That wins every job through referral and wants to stop relying on it. We get their Google Business Profile sorted properly and kept active, draft one long-form article a month answering the questions their buyers search before they call, and implement steady outreach to the builders, architects and project managers who should already have them on speed dial. Social is consistent at one post a week, and establish a monthly email so their list gets nurtured consistently.

A photographer
With an online course that sold well once and but has lost traction. The course is fine, but there’s no funnel running. We fix the opt-in and the sales page, increase email engagement, then develop blog content targeting the key things people search before they buy a course like this. Content and social , because search and email are what’s going to drive sales here.
